RenerCycle and Servicios Ecológicos de Navarra (SEN) have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of establishing the latter as a strategic partner in the management of waste and recycling of materials from the dismantling of wind farms. The contract was signed at the offices of RenerCycle by Javier Villanueva, CEO of RenerCycle, and Alejandro Guindano, president of SEN.
The agreement will optimize the recycling and reuse of key materials in the energy transition, guaranteeing the efficient and sustainable management of waste generated in the decommissioning of renewable infrastructures. Both companies will work to develop innovative solutions that maximize the use of these materials in new industrial processes. Likewise, the creation of new business opportunities in the circular economy sector will be promoted, facilitating the commercialization of recovered materials.
The agreement, which is valid for the whole of Spain, covers various services for the treatment, collection, recovery and subsequent sale of different components and materials. These elements will come from both the logistics and recovery center that RenerCycle has in Falces, as well as from the wind farms themselves. The first project to be carried out under this agreement will take place in May 2025.
In addition, the agreement includes collaboration on Research and Development (R&D) projects, with the aim of advancing technological solutions that optimize the reuse of materials from decommissioned renewable infrastructure.

For his part, Alejandro Guindano highlighted the symbiosis created as a result of this cooperation: “Our company brings know-how in responsible waste management thanks to our positioning and long history in the sector. Navarra has a great opportunity to once again become a benchmark in the wind industry and lead its transformation towards a more sustainable model. At SEN we are determined to be protagonists and drivers of that change ”.
This agreement underlines RenerCycle and SEN’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, and is another step towards RenerCycle’s goal of achieving ZeroWaste in the wind sector.
