Developing industrial and technological solutions to promote the circular economy in renewable energies, especially in the wind sector. This is the objective of RenerCycle, a company founded by 10 partner companies and several strategic suppliers that have extensive experience throughout the value chain of the sector: from the promotion of wind farms worldwide and the manufacture of components and wind turbines, to the operation and maintenance of renewable facilities.

Thus, RenerCycle was born to become an independent and important player in the renewable energy sector, to lead industrial activity in relation to the decommissioning of wind farms that reach the end of their useful life and the reconditioning of the main components for use in a second life, fully guaranteed, and including the recycling of those parts from which raw material can be obtained, thus maintaining it as long as possible in the economic cycle. RenerCycle is the local response of the renewable industry itself to move together towards a positive future for the planet and people.

Reconditioning, recovery and recycling: RenerCycle develops its offer through three business lines: dismantling and industrial remanufacturing of the main components of wind turbines (blades, shafts and gearboxes, electric generators and converters, large bearings, hydraulic actuators and brakes as well as other electrical and electronic subcomponents); recovery of certain raw materials, such as steels and castings; and recycling of composite materials of glass fibers and non-reusable resins, thus achieving the sustainability objective
of the wind sector: zero waste

We offer a full time permanent position as CFO (Chief Financial Officer), for our office in Pamplona (Navarra).

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO is a newly established position where the right candidate will have a huge influence on shaping the actual content of the job and company business. The focal point of the position will be to support the project organization and management team from economical and financial perspective.

We are looking for a professional that lead and support financing processes both at corporate and project level. For that, more specific functions will include preparing the financial forecast for updates to the Company´s Strategic Plan, Business Plans, or Investments, leading the annual budgeting process, overseeing accounting, treasury and banking management, performing financial audits and reporting on your area of responsibility. At a project level, functions will include developing and maintaining business cases and valuation models in Excel, preparing and presenting the decision material and recommendations, strengthen and facilitate risk management processes, ad hoc support of business development as well as contributing to the further development of best practices, methodologies and models.

We want to incorporate a professional with solid academic training and great experience in the renewable financing sector. Candidates must have at least 15 years in the  financial sector, preferably in renewable energy, having developed all or part of his/her professional career in the field of financing in companies of consulting, technological centers or in OEM’s and/or WTG components manufacturing.

We offer a full time permanent position of CTO (Chief Technology Officer), for our office in Pamplona (Navarra).

CTO must ensure that the technology is aligned with the company’s business objectives and he/she will be in charge of designing and managing the technological strategy of the company and will be in charge of proposing, organizing, executing and supervising technological projects within it both internally and in collaboration with other companies and entities. In addition, CTO will need to evaluate and select the most appropriate tools and technological solutions for the company, making sure that they meet the needs of the organization.

We want to incorporate a professional with solid academic training and great experience in the technology sector. Candidates must have at least 15 years in the renewable energy sector, preferably in wind energy, having developed all or part of his/her professional career in the field of technology and/or product development in companies that design and manufacture wind turbines (OEM’s) and/or WTG components. Complementary experience in activities in the field of certification (IEC 61400 regulatory framework) of methodologies and product and in technical support to sales will be positively valued.

We select a CCO or Commercial Director who must ensure that the company’s commercial strategy is defined and that sales are led and scaled to support the growth of the business in the field of wind farm decommissioning contracts as well as in the sale and distribution of guaranteed wind components for the wind spare parts market. He will also contribute to the definition of the development of the company’s new business lines. For all this, it is essential that the candidate has the ability and experience to analyze the wind market and its trends to also provide to the management team with information about it, as well as about competitors and their evolution for strategic decision-making.

We want to recruit a professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience in the wind energy sector. You must have at least 12 years in the renewable energy sector, preferably wind energy, having a wide portfolio of contacts among IPPs, Utilities and O&M companies and having developed all or part of your professional career in sales or technical support to them, in wind turbine sales projects or wind farm projects at an international level. Candidates in the field of sales of wind components to wind turbine manufacturers will also be considered. We are looking for a professional capable of building a robust after-sales process that contributes to the loyalty of customer accounts. It is important that the candidate is able to build a strong and collaborative relationship with the rest of the RenerCycle management team.
